I knew a number of people that ran small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) that were having problems with the digital marketing agency or consultancy that they were working with.
After looking into the digital services industry for SMEs, it was clear to me that many UK businesses were not getting the right service for their business. The industry appeared to be dominated by a number of massive companies that had grown through providing generic, low-quality services to the masses.
The idea that all SME businesses are the same seemed fundamentally flawed to me, and it seemed a far cry from the level of service that large corporations receive.
Thus, I decided that I could apply my knowledge & experience of managing digital strategies for some of the world’s biggest firms to the SME digital services industry!

It came about because a ‘fact tree’ is something that is regularly used in digital marketing to clearly layout & explain various options, which makes it easier to determine the right strategy to take. Thus I thought it represented our transparent, flexible & clear approach to working.
(I also liked the play on words with ‘Ad Factory’!!)
